Exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase only if the item is:

• In its original unopened packaging
• Unused
• In the original form that it came in
• Candle wicks must not be lit or tampered with
  

What is not eligible for refunds:

• Glass cups
• Trinket Dishes
• Stickers

For hygiene purposes:

• Hair scrunchies

You must have proof of purchase: Order number 

Return Process

1. Log into your account on our website
2. Select "Request Return" for your order
3. Choose items you wish to return and provide reason 
4. Print return label (if provided) or follow shipping instructions
5. Package items securely in original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping with a valid tracking number.

Refund Timing Guidelines:

1. After receiving returned items

   • Issue refunds only after we've received and inspected the returned products to ensure they meet your return conditions

    

2. Processing timeframe

   • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days through Shopify Payments, but customers may not see the funds for up to 10 business days due to bank processing times
