Processing and Delivery Time

UK Domestic: 2 to 4 buisness days 

International: 2 to 14 buisness days depending on your destination. 

Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for UK domestic orders over £65 (2 to 4 Buisness days)

Die-Cut Stickers Only(UK Domestic): Flat rate of £1.99. Please ensure you choose the correct option at the checkout otherwise, your order will not be fulfilled until all fees are up to date.

UK Standard: Flat rate of £4.99

EU Standard: Flat rate of £11.99

Rest of the world: Flat rate of £23.99 All orders will be tracked. Options are available at the checkout.

 Please note that once your order is with the shipping carrier, various factors including any additional fees for orders outside of the UK is out of our control.

Customers are liable for supplying the correct address. If items are lost, you are responsible to fulfil additional costs for replacements to be sent out again.

Although Vanessa has put her heart and soul into her work, she is not responsible for damaged or lost mail that occur in transit with the shipping carrier, which is currently Royal Mail
